• To support privacy and smooth scheduling, please do not attempt to enter the building more than five (5) minutes before your appointment time.

• Upon arrival, please send a text to your therapist to let them know you have arrived.

• Please wait for your therapist to remotely unlock the door. The lock near the door will turn green when the door is unlocked. Your therapist may not be immediately available and there may be a brief wait. See video below.

• Once inside, please go up the stairs. A waiting area is straight ahead, marked by a brown couch.

• Your therapist will meet you in the waiting area and walk with you to the therapy room.

• This is a shared office space. Please be mindful and courteous of others in the building.

  Parking:

  • Street parking is available directly in front of the building.

    • This is a residential area. Please be mindful to not block driveways or fire hydrants.

  • Additional street parking is available on Trumbull and nearby side streets.

  • Parking is parallel parking only. Please allow a few extra minutes if you are not familiar with parallel parking.
