If you’re interested in working with us, please email us or use the form below and include your CV or resume and a little bit about yourself. We are open to and interested in hearing about your experience(s) of exploitation or mistreatment because of your license, if you care to share.

We will review your CV/resume and follow up within 48 hours. There may be some follow up questions for more information, to assess fit, and/or to schedule a meeting. You will also hear from us promptly if we politely decline to move forward.

1099 vs. W-2? How did you choose?:

There has recently been a lot of discussion about private practices operating with independent contractors (1099) versus employees (W-2). Regulating Resolutions works with an attorney, a CPA/CFA, a private practice consultant, and other professions on an ongoing basis to ensure ethical, legal, and conscientious services and business operations. Our team of advisors has promoted an employment (W-2) model of operation and has advised on appropriate laws, rules, and boundaries for practicing in this way. Independent contractor (1099) positions will also be considered for appropriate candidates and situations.
